Kerala avial doesn’t have gravy…its usually dry…we don’t grind coconut with water….we dry grind coconut green chilly cumin ….also we don’t add hing in the tempering….yours is tamilnadu avial

The adai recipe is nice. Kerala avial usually has a thicker consistency and not watery. This looks more like ‘sodhi’.
