Ingredients :
Red rice -1/4 cup( Mappillai Sambha)
coconut milk – 2 1/4 cup
Jaggery powder or grated karuppatti. -1 1/4 cup
cardamom powder
Nutmeg powder (optional)
Dry ginger powder
ghee
sliced Almonds
Dry roast rice and powder it.
Note :
*If you are using any other rice reduce coconut milk and jaggery.Mappillai samba takes in more water.
For slicing Almonds :
