As far as you are careful in not scratching the coating …it is fine.I have iron paniyarakkal & makkal also. For shooting purpise & convenience in handling, i use this.

No. I take spiruluna tablets everyday.Mushroom tablets also.During cold or caugh i try to take vitamins.I m regular in taking salads with sprouts.,nut & fruits. That itself will supply vitamins & minerals.Broccoli & tofu stir fried is for my snack.I love to eat more vegetables.I consume Very less rice .Sweets & deep fried only for occassions.

Nice dish, Mam can you pls give us the correct way of cutting, washing and veggies for kootu, sabji, as I heard vitamin b (water soluble) are easily loose th’r nutrients if we cook more than 4 mins also we shouldn’t cut fine chopping.likewise greens shouldn’t cut very small and shouldn’t cook more than 5 mins.
If it’s possible can you pls share us a guide on how to cook veggies without loosing its nutrients. For all types of veggies
What kind of vessel to be use, how to clean from the basic.
    It will be helpful.
My granny always steam veggies in banana leaf simply add coconut and basic masala to dry sabji, kootu etc.
    She never fry’s veggies.
    Your steamer is nice
