I think this Doctor hates oats.. what else can i say? first of all he believes that Oats is coming from Europe…Oats have a long history in Punjab, Himachal and Haryana as it has been cultivated for many decades now.. for cattle. Secondly.. his point is valid only for Instant oats.. there are better less processed varieties one can chose.. such as organic.. steelcut oats

Whole oats is good.. this doctor blames everything..and he expects us to go back to 2 centuries back..which is not possible now: because we depend on supermarkets and they still use packaging..
