எத்தனை வெள்ளாளர்கள் இருக்கிறார்கள் அதற்கு ஏற்ற பிரதிநிதித்துவம் இருக்கிறதா என்பதை தெரிந்துகொள்ள தான் குடிவாரி கணக்கெடுப்பு வேண்டும் என்ன சொல்கிறார்கள். ஒப்புகொள்ள வேண்டிய விடயம் தானே ?? இதில் என்ன??
