In reply to panimalar sakthivel. Thank u mam.I used sprout ragi and add idly rice black urad dhal vengayam and grind in flour mill for ragi dosai.due to lockdown i grinded sprouted ragi in mixie itself.thats why I asked .

I am using processed ragi flour( soaked, dried in shade and powdered in mill). Cumbu flour also. But I’m not adding aval. I’ll try.
