Plz don’t mind mam,I have a doubt in the vegetables like jackfruit,or mixed vegetable pickles in north India they are half cooking then little sun drying and adding in the jar with oil later also they are keeping the jar under sun then also for them it is not getting fungus,but for me getting fungus then they told me to add vinegar for proper preservation,can you suggest some tips for long life of pickles

My granny makes this pickle and from that she make yummy chutney ma’am… after her demise I really miss her and her cooking ….. where do we get this?? I never find it anywhere….Thanks for sharing…..pls share chutney recipe too in future ma’am pls…..
