Baking soda is not the actual villain, even Eno is baking soda, if it is consumed in higher quantity anything is bad. I had a restaurant a few years ago, I used to get certain products like sauces, nuts, and certain spices from a shop. The shop owner became my friend eventually. Most bakers used to buy the products from this shop, the bakers do not use sugar instead they use liquid glucose(this was already in use even in 1960), even Cadbury 5 star is made of glucose, the bakers do not use Baking soda(Sodium Bicarbonate) instead they use a gel for softening the dough. Read all the ingredients in the products you buy, especially for products with high GI and emulsifiers which will be like for example INS 401, INS 402.

இன்று முதல் இந்தியாவிலுள்ள அனைத்து “Bakery” கடைகள் காலவரையின்றி மூடப்படுகின்றன, இந்தக் கடை வெச்சு நடத்துபவர்கள் எல்லாம் “பிச்சை எடுத்து” பிழைத்துக் கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப் படுகிறார்கள் .. 😭😭😭😭 ..*
