Hello mam, love you can u please tell the home made wheat flour?ratio of wheat, white chikpea and soya bean?shall thyroid patients consume this flour so that adding soya?

In reply to @Viji-lt9wl. Wheat flour 70% ,Soya -20%Chickpea flour -10% is the ratio i prefer.Anyone can consume.Dry roast soya alone before milling to prevent flatulence .
