Coffee I will not accept Stop means Stop that’s all. No time intervals கொஞ்சாம் கொஞ்சம் not workout. It will help to continue only. I stopped 13 years cigarette just one night completely stopped

dr. I consume 150 ml of coffee or tea per day. I hate coffee. I tried to avoid coffee but I suffer from headache once I withdraw coffee. how to overcome headache by the time I skip coffee. shall I take any headache tablets immediately after skipping coffee in advance but I don’t like tablets too and I don’t know for how long I should take the tablets. hoping to get your advise for me and for many in general. thank you.☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️
