Madam, one request. Can you please share your thoughts on teenage girls food habits?
I mean explain in detail about how to give proper food right from breakfast till dinner everyday for teenage girls. And do’s and don’t’s about food and lifestyle.
We don’t want pcod or thyroid or harmonal imbalance or anyother problems for them in future.
If it takes a series of episodes also to explain it will be very useful.
